Agreement
By downloading or playing SnapDash you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The game
SnapDash is a scavenger-hunt game. You find real objects and photograph them. Game features, modes, and rewards may change as we update the app.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or use the app in ways that violate law or these Terms. We may reset progress, remove access, or refuse service for abuse.
Camera
SnapDash needs camera permission to verify finds. You are responsible for what you photograph and for respecting others’ privacy and property while playing.
Purchases & virtual items
Coins, cosmetics, DashPass, and similar items are virtual and have no cash value. Purchases are billed by the app store under their terms. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable through us.
Multiplayer
Party and live Ranked features require a network connection. Availability is not guaranteed. Be respectful in lobbies and races.

The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
